Job summary

Yamas Al-Arabia Construction & Contracting is seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer to join our teams in Riyadh and Al Khobar. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 8 years of procurement experience in construction, with strong sourcing, RFQ, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus; Saudi Council of Engineers membership is preferred. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in construction or contracting.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, RFQs, technical and commercial bid evaluations, and issuing purchase orders.
• Supplier prequalification, negotiation and contract follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction materials market and supplier network.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

• Proven skills in supplier prequalification, negotiation and contract follow-up
• Good knowledge of the Saudi construction materials market and supplier network
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is a plus
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
