Job description

• Develop and maintain methodologies/SOPs for core orientation, structural analysis, and geological modeling.
• Interpret regional geophysical data (magnetics, gravity, IP) to guide exploration.
• Model complex ore bodies in 3D (Leapfrog) for resource estimation.
• Solve geological problems through structural data interpretation.
• Identify mineralization controls and contribute to discovery targets.
• Apply multi-commodity expertise (Cu, Ni, Zn, Li, Au, REE, etc.) in diverse terrains.
• Team & Project Management:
  • Lead technical teams, approve drilling programs, and manage multiple projects.
  • Design exploration strategies and ensure operational execution.
  • Train geologists in modern exploration techniques and structural geology.

Technical Skills

• Expertise instructural geology, geological mapping, and 3D modeling.
• Strong background inmulti-commodity systems(epithermal, porphyry, Precambrian shields).
• Proficiency inGIS (ArcPro),Leapfrog, and geophysical data interpretation.
• Experience inresource estimation, feasibility studies, and QA/QC.
