Turner & Townsend in Riyadh seeks a Principal Consultant - Procurement (KSA National) to join the Contract Services Team at the client project office. The role focuses on strategic procurement advice across public and private sector clients.

You will manage end-to-end procurement services for major projects, support bid preparation, and help develop the service proposition while collaborating with a skilled team of procurement and contract specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement for major projects.
• Tender preparation and contract documentation experience.
• Experience in supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award.
• Familiarity with standard form contracts and negotiation.
• MCIPS or master's in strategic Procurement.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking fora Principal Consultant - Procurement (KSA National), who will be part of our Contract Services Team, working attheclient project office in Riyadh, KSA.This team includes specialists in procurement and contractingstrategy, claimsmanagementand dispute resolution services.

The individual will work with our highly skilled team delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice, including end-to-end procurement services to some of the larger brands and on the most excitingprogrammesand projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Toprovidespecialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.

To manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects orprogrammes.

Support the development of the procurement services provided by T&T.

To support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.

To support the delivery of bothteamand wider business targets.

Tosupport onbid preparation and proposal documentation and support the work-winning capability of the Contract Services team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Preferablypossessdegree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying,lawor procurement.
• MCIPS or master's in strategic Procurement

Experience ofleading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.

A strong background in tender preparation and development of respective documents in relevant sectors (including design and preparation of the process and key documentation).

Experience ofleading and/orsupporting insupplier engagement activities,to includemarket engagementthrough tocontract award.

Experience ofusing a range of standard form contracts including developing terms,negotiationand award.
