Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh is seeking a data-driven pricing specialist with strong cost estimation and tendering experience to guide pricing strategy across facilities management and engineering projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to build pricing models, analyze market dynamics, prepare technical and financial proposals, and translate requirements into accurate cost estimates using Excel and ERP/CAFM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, tendering, or cost analysis within Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), MEP, or Engineering Projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, BOQ preparation, tendering processes, and commercial proposal development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements and translate them into accurate cost estimates.
• Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for Facilities Management and O&M tenders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CAFM platforms, and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
