Job summary

Qatar Airways is launching its first premium lounge in King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah. We seek a Lounge Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage F&B services within the lounge.

You will oversee daily reporting, QA, HACCP audits, and coordinate with Ground Services and airport authorities to ensure seamless operations and service standards across the lounge.

Qualifications

• Understanding of airline lounge services with expertise on food and beverage management.
• Managerial skills — delegate work, set direction and manage workflow; mentoring and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Management from a 5-star background.
• Good knowledge of airport / airline operations and dynamic airport environment.
• Creative and analytical thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for lounge operations, ensuring standards of quality, cost and time.
• Coordinate activities to ensure efficient operation across lounge areas.
• Maintain communication with internal and external bodies to prevent service issues.
• Oversee outsourced services; manage relationships with Ground Services and authorities.
• Deliver all lounge services, manage accounts and SLA compliance with partners.
• Coordinate with airport authorities for periodic consultations and support.
• Prepare annual business plans and budgets; propose cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as ambassador for Qatar Airways, ensuring world-class guest experiences.
• Oversee daily reporting, QA processes and HACCP audits for compliance.
