Job summary

Accor is seeking an AV Technician in Jeddah to install, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment for events and conferences within a luxury hospitality setting.

You will work with projectors, lighting, sound systems, and video conferencing, ensuring flawless delivery from setup through teardown. Strong English communication and a proactive approach to issue resolution are essential. This role is on-site and requires availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven AV Technician experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, events or live production.
• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Audio Visual Technology or related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting and conferencing systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Good English communication; able to work evenings, weekends, and under fast-paced event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all AV equipment is clean, properly maintained, and connected.
• Install, set up, and configure audio-visual equipment including projectors, microphones, sound systems, lighting, video monitors, cameras, and video conferencing.
• Operate and control AV systems during events to deliver high-quality sound and visuals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AV issues; repair or arrange for replacement as needed.
• Collaborate with event coordinators, IT teams, and operations to meet event requirements.
