Zusammenfassung

Alrashid-Abetong is seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to support factory production and site erection of precast concrete elements, ensuring they meet approved drawings and the highest quality standards throughout manufacturing and installation.

You will prepare QA documentation, identify deviations, issue NCRs, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and site supervisors to ensure compliant operations across both factory and field work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and nonconformance reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with approved drawings and required tolerances.
• Monitor casting curing and stripping procedures of precast elements at the factory.
• Verify the condition of precast elements upon delivery to site and ensure correct erection procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain all required quality control documentation according to standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report deviations nonconformities and recommend improvements to enhance processes.
• Issue Nonconformance Reports NCRs and manage Requests for Inspection RFIs Material Inspection Requests MIRs and work handovers.
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan ITP Act as the company s quality representative maintaining effective communication with clients consultants and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied across both factory production and site installation works.
