Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of PR/communications experience.
• Strong network of media contacts in Saudi Arabia and/or MENA region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Experience managing press events, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Familiarity with Saudi sports ecosystem and Vision 2030 initiatives is a plus.

• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, statements, and official announcements.
• Plan and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews for entity leadership.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support planning and promotion of entity events, campaigns, and initiatives.

About the Role

The client, a Saudi entity, is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to lead and manage the entity's public relations strategy, media relations, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator with strong media networks, capable of positioning the entity as a leading voice in promoting sport and healthy lifestyles across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the entity's PR and communications strategy in line with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, statements, and official announcements.
• Plan and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews for entity leadership.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management when needed.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Support the planning and promotion of entity events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Liaise with government entities, sponsors, and partner organizations on communication matters.
• Ensure all PR materials align with the entity's brand identity and voice (Arabic and English).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably within sports, government, or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong network of media contacts in Saudi Arabia and/or the MENA region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience managing press events, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Saudi sports ecosystem and Vision 2030 initiatives is a plus.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site at entity offices.

Preferred Skills
