Job summary

NEW Alfa International in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced PPC Manager / Production Planning Manager to lead the PPC function within our steel manufacturing operations. You will develop master production schedules and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 12–18 years of steel industry experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP/ERP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
12–18 years of experience in steel engineering or heavy manufacturing.
Experience with transmission towers, steel structures, galvanizing, EPC manufacturing, and production planning & control.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete PPC function and production planning activities.
Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Plan production for CNC, punching, drilling, cutting, welding, fabrication, galvanizing, packing and dispatch.
Manage capacity planning, manpower planning, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Monitor PPC KPIs including OTIF, schedule adherence, and inventory turnover.
Drive Lean, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
