Job summary

acwa china is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization of a CCGT power plant in Rumah, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C teams, manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor performance while developing the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance plans, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with IMS, HSE, and regulatory requirements across all maintenance activities at site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant maintenance experience in power generation or similar plants.
• Experience in CCGT power plants and managing M&E&I&C maintenance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C teams with effective workforce allocation and performance management.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and coordinate corrective activities to ensure reliability and availability.
• Ensure SAP/CMMS utilization for maintenance planning, work orders, history, scheduling, and monitoring.
