Job summary

Almarai is seeking a production quality supervisor to lead a multi-functional team in Ha'il, ensuring efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products to meet internal specs within safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in poultry/food production, strong ISO 9001/HACCP knowledge, and excellent English. Certifications in supervisory management and internal auditing are preferred, with a focus on cost optimization and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within poultry or food production.
• Experience coordinating production and maintenance plans with Production Management.
• Exposure to high-volume operations and multicultural teams.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, HACCP).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within the management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, within the Quality and Safety Standards.
