Medical Staff Talent is representing a private family in Riyadh seeking two UK/European-trained Post-Operative Recovery Nurses to support recovery after abdominal surgery. The role covers home care and travel follow-ups as needed.

Two permanent nurses work in 8-hour shifts, rotate daily, with overnight on-call and availability 24/7. A six-day week is typical for private Gulf households.

Qualifications

• Post-operative recovery nursing with UK/European training.
• Experience in wound management, nutrition, pain and mobility is preferred.
• Wamiliarity with follow-up care as per surgical plan.

Responsibilities

• Post-operative care: wound management, nutrition, pain and mobility.
• Follow the surgical team’s plan and arrange follow-up.
• Recognise complications early and escalate as needed.
