Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, process sales and payments, issue invoices.
• Handle cash and ensure correct change and receipts.
• Operate POS system; process refunds and returns with approval.
• Assist customers with price/policy inquiries; escalate complaints.
• Maintain cash register area and report discrepancies.
• Follow policies; keep area clean and organized.
