My Clinic KSA in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Medical Analyst to oversee high-level review and evaluation of medical data and patient interactions, ensuring accuracy, safety, and alignment with clinical guidelines.

The role requires leadership in medical data analysis, quality audits, oversight of medical content, collaboration with medical departments, and support for reporting, KPIs, and compliance across the My Care platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine required.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical analysis or medical operations.
• Valid Medical Practitioner License required.
• Health Data Analytics or Quality Management certification is optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead all medical data analysis and quality audits.
• Review and verify accuracy of medical scripts and information.
• Ensure medical interactions align with clinical guidelines and approved strategy.
• Supervise implementation of medical quality standards on the ground.
• Provide oversight into complex medical inquiries or escalations.
• Coordinate medical reporting and insights when required.
• Ensure staff follow approved medical messaging and scope.
• Support clinical content creation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collect and analyze clinical feedback and post-campaign insights.
• Attend meetings with medical departments and health agencies to represent My Care data.
• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and execution quality.
• Report medical risks or obstacles through assigned channels.

Job Summary:

The Senior Medical Analyst is responsible for the high-level review and evaluation of medical data and interactions within the My care. This role ensures that all medical information provided to patients is accurate, safe, and aligned with professional standards and clinical guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1.Act as the lead for all medical data analysis and quality audits within My Care.
• 2.Review and verify the accuracy of medical scripts and information shared by agents.
• 3.Ensure all medical interactions are aligned with clinical guidelines and approved medical strategy.
• 4.Supervise and support the implementation of medical quality standards on the ground.
• 5.Provide expert oversight into complex medical inquiries or escalations from the My Care team.
• 6.Coordinate medical reporting and insights when required.
• 7.Ensure staff and content creators follow approved medical messaging and scope.
• 8.Support clinical content creation to ensure medical quality and compliance.
• 9.Collect and analyze clinical feedback and post-campaign medical insights.
• 10.Attend meetings with medical departments and health agencies to represent My Care data.
• 11.Follow up on medical deliverables, timelines, and execution quality.
• 12.Report any medical risks, issues, or obstacles through the assigned channels.
• 13.Perform other professional duties requested by the line manager. Facilitate Riyadh office marketing and branding needs through business channels or Jeddah head office

• 15.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track achievement levels against daily and weekly targets.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• 1.Education Degree: Bachelor of Medicine.
• 2.Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical analysis or medical operations.
• 3.License: Valid Medical Practitioner License.
• 4. Professional Certification (Optional): Health Data Analytics or Quality Management or anything related to insurance codes
