Job summary

CTS Group seeks a Plant Manager in Jeddah to lead the safe, efficient operations of a manufacturing facility. You will own production, maintenance, quality, and site services to meet output, cost, safety, and quality targets while building a high-performing team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets and resources, ensure product quality, maximize equipment uptime, and promote Lean and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field.
• Experience leading a large-scale manufacturing site.
• Hands-on operational leadership with cost, quality, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production end-to-end, managing budgets and resources.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Lead maintenance, reliability, and asset life optimization.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and raise productivity.
• Enforce HSE standards and manage plant staff and shift structures.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to align capacity with demand.
• Maintain operational reporting and present plant performance to senior management.
