Job summary

Acwa Operations is seeking a senior leader to direct the Qurayyah power plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance. You will drive strategic planning, lead plant teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maximizing revenue.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, 15+ years in production plant leadership, and expert knowledge of contracts and commercial aspects in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in techno-commercial environments with contracts/agreements.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Extensive planning, analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the plant strategy in line with NOMAC’s Operations and Maintenance plan to ensure alignment across departments.
• Regularly report to the Manager on plant operations, challenges, and mitigations.
• Prepare board presentations including financials, warranties, and operational metrics.
