Responsibilities

• Lead and provide overall direction to plant operations and maintenance teams to meet production objectives.
• Develop plant strategy aligned with ACWA NOMAC’s O&M strategy and report to VP/Country Manager on activities, challenges, mitigations and statistics.
• Develop and manage the plant operating budget and monitor financial performance against budget; drive profitability and productivity targets.
• Translate operational strategy into mid-to-short term production plans and monitor performance against targets to optimize resources and efficiency.
• Plan and direct for changes within the plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with contractual obligations.
