Job summary

TXM Solutions is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for Shutdown & Turnaround in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong SD/TA project background, contractor-side experience, and extensive planning and scheduling expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery settings.

The candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree, be fluent in English, and be willing to relocate as needed to project locations. Saudi GCC experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Planning Engineering.
• Must have contractor-side experience handling Shutdown / Turnaround projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting and project controls.
• Primavera P6 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule shutdown and turnaround activities.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EPC and contractor teams to ensure schedule integrity.

Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – Shutdown & Turnaround with a strong background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Planning Engineering
• Strong Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) project experience
• Must have contractor-side experience handling Shutdown / Turnaround projects
• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects
• EPC project experience is highly preferred
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering qualification
• Experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and project controls
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
• Previous Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is an advantage
• Good English communication and reporting skills
• Must be flexible and open to relocation depending on the project location

Important: Candidates with only client-side/operations experience and without direct contractor-side Shutdown & Turnaround exposure may not be suitable.
