Job summary

Holystar Arabia is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to lead production planning, scheduling, and inventory control for its switchgear manufacturing operations. You will drive SAP-based planning processes, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in production planning within the switchgear manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Optimize inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Support customer order execution and respond to unplanned production requirements.
• Improve production planning processes and promote best practices in SAP systems.
• Maintain accurate planning records and production documentation.
