Lever, Inc. is seeking a Generative AI Designer based in Saudi Arabia to produce photorealistic visuals at scale using cutting-edge AI tools. You will blend AI-generated imagery with manual retouching and light automation to achieve cinema-grade realism.

The role blends creative design, prompt engineering, and workflow development, working with creative teams to maintain consistent quality and visual style across large asset volumes, in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with AI-powered image and video generation platforms.
• Advanced photo editing and retouching using Photoshop or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, textures, composition and realism.
• Familiarity with image detection methods for AI-generated content.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical experimentation for high-volume output.
• Experience with lightweight coding for creative automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate high volumes of photorealistic images and videos with AI.
• Manually refine and retouch AI assets to photography-level realism.
• Create scripts to streamline batch image generation and processing.
• Collaborate with creatives to align visuals with brand/campaign goals.
• Ensure consistent quality, realism, and style across assets.
• Monitor AI image generation developments and workflows.
• Develop internal guidelines for AI-assisted production.
