Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer based in Saudi Arabia to lead hands-on creation of high-quality AI-generated visuals at scale. You will own image quality, improve realism, and drive measurable business impact in a fully remote setup with an international team.

You will build scalable pipelines using leading platforms, automate content production, and guide technical direction for image-generation processes while evaluating new AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience producing visual content with generative AI.
• Experience creating realistic images of people, models, avatars, or similar high-volume visual content.
• Solid technical expertise with ComfyUI, Flux, or comparable generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience building and optimizing AI image-generation workflows.
• Experience with batch generation and automated content-processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with APIs, n8n, automation tools, and basic scripting.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding or “vibecoding” approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI-generated visual content across production workflows.
• Create highly realistic, visually appealing, and consistent images of models, personas, avatars, and other visual subjects.
• Continuously improve image realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business performance.
• Build and optimize scalable generative AI image-production pipelines.
• Design and maintain ComfyUI workflows for repeatable and scalable image production.
• Automate content creation through batch generation and processing workflows.
• Integrate APIs, n8n, simple scripts, and AI-assisted coding approaches.
