Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess fitness level and create customized workout plans.
• Lead individual and group training sessions with clear instructions and form corrections.
• Motivate and support clients to set and achieve realistic fitness goals.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy habits to complement workouts.
• Keep accurate records of client progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to improve training techniques.
