You will supervise staff, monitor line metrics, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning, and implement corrective actions. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, especially in cosmetics, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of production experience.
• Perfume/cosmetics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing production lines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily perfume production and ensure targets are met.
• Supervise production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor line efficiency, downtime, waste, and production output.
• Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
• Train and develop production team members.
