Confidential Jobs in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a (Senior) Scent Design Manager to lead fragrance concept development across functions, guiding perfumers and technical teams to bring new themes and technologies to market.

You will translate consumer insights into innovative fragrance solutions, manage go-to-market projects, and build strong internal partnerships while shaping Holistic Scent Design strategies in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Formación

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science or related field.
• Strong olfactory communication and odor memory.
• Ability to translate market trends into fragrance concepts.
• Experience collaborating with perfumers and technical teams.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strategic mindset with consumer insights focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
• Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities
• Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles
• Consumer Insights strategy: define what to learn from consumers to gain competitive advantage and build winning consumer relevant solutions
• Manage the execution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creative exploration and differentiation
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and gain their trust and respect
• Communicate and maintain awareness on market developments and competitive insights and actively share knowledge with other parts of the organization

As (Senior) Scent Design Manager, you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes.

The role is based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Excellent olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process - discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory
• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrance or technology solutions based on market relevance
• Solid understanding of market/consumer trends and consumer behaviors/ preferences
• Fragrance ingredient and technology understanding to facilitate communication with technical teams and perfumers
• Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and assess stability risks
• Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research or any other relevant discipline
