Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
• Fresh Graduated
• Eligible for Tamheer program

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar across offices, stores and warehouses.
• Communicate wellbeing campaigns across channels with Group Comms.
• Secure deals with external providers to enhance employee wellbeing.
• Capture feedback and prepare analyses on performance and improvements.
