Job summary

Accorhotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced People and Culture Manager to shape our people strategy and lead a cross-functional HR function. You will partner with senior leadership to drive workforce excellence, talent development, and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, coach managers, and champion a transparent, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
3-5 years of professional experience in a People and Culture or HR role.
Proven experience managing employee relations, performance management, and workplace relations.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience mentoring direct reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Personal integrity, transparency, and the ability to lead effectively through organizational change.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive People and Culture strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Coach and develop the People and Culture team and support professional growth.
Partner with department heads on workforce planning and resourcing to meet operational needs.
Oversee onboarding, training programs, and probationary reviews for consistency and quality.
Mentor managers on performance management and workplace relations.
Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and compliance.
Analyze engagement survey results and drive improvement initiatives.
Design and implement P&C programs including rewards, wellbeing, and leadership development.
Ensure training compliance and maintain personnel records and databases.
Prepare regular P&C reporting and analytics for strategic decisions.
Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting for P&C.
