Job summary

Foodics is hiring a Pay Expansion Executive to specialize in POS/cash management within our existing customer base and drive adoption of Foodics Pay across products.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Operations and Sales, leveraging cross-functional opportunities to grow the customer portfolio and deliver value-driven outcomes for Foodics.

The ideal candidate brings sales, account management and product knowledge, with a technical background to navigate solutions and ensure growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant studies.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Track record in sales, pipeline and funnel management.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ownership, analytical mindset and self-motivation.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid English & Arabic communication skills.
• Owns a driving license and a car.
• Willing to do field work and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Foodics Pay products to clients.
• Build a pipeline with active opportunities and a strong closing rate.
• Maintain solid customer relationships and deliver high-value outcomes.
• Close pre-generated opportunities from cross-functional teams and explore cross-sell/up-sell.
• Understand market trends and maintain competitive advantage.
• Engage with customers, demonstrate and showcase products.
• Hold demos with potential customers and ensure utilization.
• Report wins and losses; refine processes for better results.
• Communicate with Sales Expansion Team Leader on offers and feedback.
• Call customers, schedule meetings, and stay focused on needs.
