Responsibilities

• Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, providers, and teams.
• Support home healthcare commercial and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and business documentation.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
• Manage customer and product data in SAP.
• Provide administrative and after-sales support.
• Track performance and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations.
