Elevation Healthcare (Elevatus) is seeking a Registration & Eligibility Officer in Riyadh to manage front-line patient registration, verify eligibility, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in healthcare administration, with a Bachelor's in healthcare administration and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or similar field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare administration and admissions experience.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately in the HIS with complete demographic and insurance data.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as per physician availability and policy.
• Validate insurance eligibility and approvals per payer and CHI/NPHIES requirements.
• Ensure documents are valid and scanned into the patient record.
• Maintain SCFHS license numbers and validity in records.
• Handle inquiries regarding appointments, eligibility, or billing.
