Job summary

English Path in Riyadh seeks an experienced Subject Tutor to support international students through foundation and pathway programmes. This on-site, part-time role (10 hours per week) helps students progress to English-medium universities.

You will deliver high-quality instruction in your specialist subject, assess and provide feedback, and contribute to curriculum planning. A Masters in the subject and teaching qualification (desirable) with at least two years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in the subject area.
• Recognised teaching qualification (desirable).
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• Experience delivering Western-style curriculum.
• Experience in higher/further education in international context.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Strong ICT and digital teaching tools proficiency.
• Ability to plan, assess and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging teaching aligned with programme outcomes.
• Develop students’ subject knowledge, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Create inclusive learning environment for diverse learning needs.
• Set, assess and provide feedback on assignments.
• Support students in adapting to higher education and developing academic skills.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to QA.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and planning.
• Contribute to integrated teaching across the curriculum.
• Demonstrate cross-cultural awareness and support diverse backgrounds.
