We are looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team of professionals at our restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate about food and have a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of exquisite desserts, cakes and pastries. This includes creating new recipes and ideas, as well as following existing recipes. The job requires excellent organizational skills to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner with the highest standard of quality.

We expect the successful candidate to have an excellent knowledge of ingredients and techniques used in pastry cooking. They should have excellent problem-solving skills to ensure that all dishes are prepared perfectly every time. A good level of physical fitness is necessary as well as the ability to work long hours under pressure when necessary.

The Pastry Chef should also be able to take direction from senior members of staff and be willing to learn new methods of pastry production in order to keep up with current trends. The ability to work well within a team environment is essential as well as having good communication skills in order to explain recipes and techniques clearly.
