About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Partnerships Manager to build our partner ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role is about driving real revenue through partnerships – not just brand awareness or event appearances. You’ll identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across HR/HCM platforms, ERP systems, fintech providers, payroll solutions, procurement platforms, and system integrators. Your mission is to make partner-sourced and partner‑influenced revenue a primary growth channel for Tumodo in the region. You’ll work toward clear commercial goals, with a focus on driving pipeline and measurable revenue growth. Join us in building the partnerships to tackle the world’s second‑highest controllable expense for companies after payroll – business travel.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and Scale Partner Programs
  • Design tiered partner programs with clear benefits, marketing development funds (MDF), service level agreements, and commercial terms
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships with ISVs, VARs, system integrators, and marketplace platforms
  • Create co-sell frameworks with partner sales teams, including deal kits, battlecards, ROI calculators, and sales enablement materials
Drive Co-Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions tailored to KSA buyers (HR Directors, CFOs, Procurement, Travel Managers)
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns: webinars, events, PR initiatives, and content syndication with measurable pipeline targets
  • Run account-based and geo-targeted partner campaigns with localized landing pages and lead capture mechanisms
  • Organize field events (roadshows, trade fairs in Riyadh/Jeddah) with partners, managing messaging, collateral, and post-event pipeline follow-up
Manage Product Integrations and Launches
  • Prioritize integrations that accelerate customer adoption with key platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Odoo, Zoho, Jisr, Qoyod, payment wallets)
  • Coordinate beta testing cohorts, create launch messaging, and manage in-product placement strategies
  • Produce bilingual release notes, one-pagers, and customer success stories in Arabic and English
Own Performance and Budget
  • Manage MDF/OPA budgets and partner revenue forecasts
  • Report weekly on partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, and annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Ensure marketing attribution is accurate in HubSpot/GA4 and maintain clean pipeline hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with PDPL (KSA Personal Data Protection Law) and local marketing regulations
What You Bring
  • 3–4 years in B2B SaaS or tech go-to-market roles, with at least 2 years driving partner or channel growth specifically in KSA
  • Proven track record scaling partner-sourced revenue (able to demonstrate metrics)
  • Native-level Arabic and professional English – both written and spoken, for content creation and presentations
  • Strong commercial skills: comfortable with pricing models, margin analysis, MDF ROI, and partner contract negotiations
  • Sales alignment mindset: you work closely with sales teams and understand what they need to close deals
  • Content creation ability: can write and localize case studies, landing pages, paid ads, and webinar scripts in both languages
  • Event execution discipline: can plan, execute, and follow up on events with clear lead routing and SDR enablement
Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships in HR/HCM, ERP, fintech, or travel supplier ecosystems in Saudi Arabia
  • Hands-on experience with integrations in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Odoo, Zoho, Jisr, Qoyod, or payment platforms
  • Background in TravelTech or FinTech with understanding of procurement and finance buyer journeys
