Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for a medical device usability study in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate participants, assist onboarding, and help schedule sessions while ensuring smooth execution of activities.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment, with exposure to international teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local language preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation
• Support device logistics and procurement when required
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation
