Qualifications

• Prior experience in planning Indian weddings.

• Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and budget for the wedding.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decorations, and entertainment.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day.
• Coordinate with the venue to ensure all arrangements are in place.
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs.
• Assist with cultural aspects of the wedding, including coordinating traditional ceremonies and rituals.
• Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies on the wedding day.
