Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking a part-time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, payables and receivables, and prepare financial statements. You will support budgeting, reconcile invoices, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with biometric passport requirements is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
• Stay updated on changes in local tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with budget planning and control.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
