We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to support the legal team in managing documentation, conducting legal research, and assisting with contracts and compliance matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient legal operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting attorneys in day-to-day legal activities.
Legal Documentation & Contracts
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain contract databases and ensure proper filing and version control.
Legal Research & Support
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Summarize findings and prepare reports to support legal decision‑making.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Support preparation for audits, regulatory reviews, and legal filings.
Case & File Management
- Maintain organized physical and electronic legal records and documentation.
- Track deadlines, renewals, and key legal milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties for document collection and legal support.
- Assist in communication with external counsel when required.
Process Support & Improvement
- Support the legal team in improving document management systems and workflows.
- Assist with ad‑hoc legal and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications – Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC legal environments.
- Familiarity with contract management systems or legal databases.
- Experience supporting corporate or commercial legal teams.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance processes.
