Qualifications

• Technical certification in Painting, Polishing, Finishing Works desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Painter & Polisher in a hotel environment, or 4 years of experience in a similar large building, commercial facility, or residential complex.

• Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
• May support other departments as needed to ensure property upkeep and guest satisfaction
