The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (vocational training a plus) and 3–5 years of hands-on painting experience, with the ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is a plus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of various paint types, their applications, and proper handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements and client preferences.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
