V2X is seeking a Power Production Shift Lead/Site Manager to oversee on-site operations in Saudi Arabia. You will manage personnel, resources, and activities for the power production operation, stepping in as Site Manager when needed. The role requires an active U.S.

SECRET clearance, U.S. passport, and English communication skills, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have at least five years in power production or electrical generation, experience with government

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Saudi Ministry QVP visa verification required for employment eligibility.
• Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
• Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and able to drive with a manual transmission.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Candidates must complete DoD DoD-based training including protective gear fit testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel, resources, and activities for Power Production operations.
• Serve as Site Manager in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in all maintenance actions.
• Prepare reports on hourly peak demand, fuel consumption, and system certifications.
• Coordinate work, parts requests, and equipment repairs; ensure timely execution.
