Adree is seeking a Senior Tech Lead OutSystems Developer to design, build, and oversee enterprise-grade digital solutions. You will guide the team on architecture, best practices, and integration strategies to deliver scalable, secure applications that align with standards and business goals.

You will mentor developers, drive CI/CD, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years on OutSystems enterprise applications.
• Experience leading technical teams or as Tech Lead/Architect in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, set development standards.
• Architecture & Design: Create scalable, secure OutSystems apps based on 4-Layer Architecture principles.

Adree is seeking a highly technical and collaborative OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead to design, build, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role serves as the ultimate technical authority for OutSystems implementations, guiding the development team on best practices, architecture patterns, and integration strategies. The Tech Lead will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that align with architectural standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) based on OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles.
• Integration Management: Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, APIs (REST/SOAP), and enterprise platforms (e.g., Creatio CRM, .NET backends).
• Delivery & Code Quality: Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and proper deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and estimate development efforts.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and critical production issues across environments.
• Governance & Security: Implement strict security standards (Access Control, Data Encryption, OWASP top 10 mitigation) within the OutSystems ecosystem.

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.
• Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)
  • Expert OutSystems Proficiency: Deep knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
  • Architecture Mastery: Expert understanding of OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling.
  • Technical Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle database design, stored procedures, and optimization. Good grasp of .NET (C#) for creating custom extensions.
  • Agile Core: Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, working comfortably with Jira and Confluence.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose infrastructure, performance, or integration issues.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
