Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Train, motivate, and lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, implementing effective service recovery measures when necessary
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet, coordinating with relevant departments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Stay informed about local culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning and promotional activities
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage items
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control and budgeting
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Familiarity with local culture and cuisine in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the AlUla region
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Additional Information
