Job summary

STC is seeking a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Organization Development to design, supervise, and optimize HR projects across the business, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and workforce planning. Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in human resources and organization development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
• Professional certificates in Talent Management, L&D, Organization Design/Development, Total Rewards, Policies & Procedures, HRBP, Change Management from recognized bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain compensation and benefits products including salary structure, benefits strategy, and incentives.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyse results to ensure competitiveness with market rates.
• Articulate organization design interventions aligned to changing business needs.
• Ensure organisation structure, operating model, job descriptions and evaluations align to goals.
• Drive workforce planning and identify insourcing/outsourcing options.
• Propose standards to monitor manpower utilization and outputs.
• Develop Performance Management policies and systems to reward performance.
• Support in defining KRAs and KPIs aligned with business plans.
• Lead the complete Performance Management cycle and drive ongoing feedback.
• Act as a partner to management on HR issues and change initiatives.
• Ensure HR activities comply with STC objectives and culture.
• Manage large-scale HR and Organization Development projects.
