EliteService Staffing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Junior Merchandiser to coordinate production and delivery of products while ensuring quality standards. You will work with the merchandising team, monitor progress, perform quality checks, manage inventory and liaise with suppliers on specs and schedules.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, at least two years in merchandising or purchasing, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or purchasing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia As a Junior Merchandiser you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the production and delivery of products to ensure they meet quality standards and are delivered on time You will also assist with inventory management and maintaining relationships with suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product orders


• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery of products


• Conduct quality control checks on received merchandise


• Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications pricing and delivery schedules


• Assist with inventory management including forecasting and replenishment


• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product sales data


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies for products


• Identify potential issues or delays in production and take necessary actions to mitigate them


• Research market trends and provide insights on new product opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred


• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or purchasing roles


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
