Job summary

DWT Technology in Dammam, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Architect to lead end-to-end project portfolio management design and implementation. The role demands deep expertise in Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Planning, Resource Management and cross-functional integration with Finance, HR and Enterprise Architecture.

Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred; Arabic language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules and end-to-end design.
• Experience across multiple full-cycle Oracle PPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Planning and Resource Management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, PMO, HR and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders.
• Arabic language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Lead architecture throughout implementation lifecycle including requirements, design, configuration and testing.
• Design project financial workflows: budgeting, scheduling, tracking, invoicing and closure.
• Define integration strategies using OIC REST/SOAP APIs and FBDI.
• Establish reporting strategies with OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Accounting and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, migration and hypercare activities.

Immediate or Short-Notice Joiners Only Role Overview DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Architect with strong functional and solution architecture expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management PPM The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project financial management project costing billing contracts planning resource management integrations reporting and Oracle Cloud architecture The role involves leading end-to-end PPM solution design and implementation translating complex business requirements into scalable cloud solutions and coordinating with finance PMO accounting HR and enterprise architecture teams

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Fusion PPM modules including Project Foundation Costing Billing Contracts Planning Resource Management and Performance
• Lead PPM architecture throughout the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering fit-gap analysis solution design configuration testing deployment and hypercare
• Design project financial workflows covering budgeting scheduling time and expense tracking revenue recognition invoicing and project closure
• Define integration and data migration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud OIC REST SOAP APIs and FBDI
• Integrate Oracle PPM with Financials GL AP AR HCM SCM Procurement and third-party systems
• Establish reporting strategies using OTBI BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics
• Design role-based security privileges data access controls and approval workflows
• Collaborate with Finance PMO Accounting HR and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Support implementation testing deployment migration and post-go-live hypercare activities
• Drive solution quality functional alignment and successful end-to-end project delivery

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong functional and solution architecture expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Experience across at least 2 3 full-cycle Oracle PPM implementations.
• Expertise in Project Foundation, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Planning, Resource Management, and Performance.
• Strong understanding of project financial processes, including budgeting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and project closure.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
• Knowledge of integration with Oracle Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and third-party systems.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics.
• Knowledge of role-based security, data access controls, privileges, and approval workflows.
• Strong requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
