bTranz Technological Solutions Private Limited is seeking experienced Oracle Fusion professionals to support enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations and support activities across Oracle Fusion applications. Candidates should have strong module expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record delivering effective business solutions.

Projects span HCM, SCM and Finance with focus on core HR, payroll, procurement, inventory, order management and project portfolio

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience.
• Experience in implementation, support, enhancements or upgrades.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Work on Oracle Fusion modules like HCM, configure business processes and enable Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management or other HCM areas.
• Handle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and related SCM processes, including configurations and production support.
• Support Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses) and Project Costing/Billing activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations, reports and technical extensions using BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs and PL/SQL.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

strong Oracle Fusion HCM strong Work on Core HR and relevant HCM modules configurations and business processes Support Absence Management Payroll Talent Management or other applicable modules Handle functional setups issue resolution testing and implementation activities strong Oracle Fusion SCM strong Work on Procurement Inventory Order Management and related SCM processes Configure business processes and support implementation enhancements and production issues Collaborate with business teams to improve supply chain operations strong Oracle Fusion Finance amp PPM strong Support Financials modules such as GL AP AR Cash Management Fixed Assets and Expenses Work on Project Costing Project Billing and other relevant Project Portfolio Management processes Handle configurations financial reconciliations testing and issue resolution strong Oracle Fusion Technical strong Develop and maintain integrations reports and technical extensions Work with BI Publisher OTBI FBDI HDL REST SOAP APIs and PL SQL as applicable Support data migration technical troubleshooting and performance improvements

General Requirements

Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience Strong knowledge of the respective functional or technical domain Experience in implementation support enhancement or upgrade projects Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in Saudi Arabia and join within the specified notice period This opportunity is exclusively for Saudi nationals.
