Job summary

proven-sa is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support the Oracle Fusion deployment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on people, processes, communications, training, and business adoption to ensure successful deployment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in OCM, 5+ years in ERP transformations, and proven leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder programs, with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments and GCC regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, ADKAR, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading OCM work streams in Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Experience delivering transformation programs in Saudi Arabia or GCC region preferred.
• Experience with Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, or Engineering organizations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall OCM strategy for the Oracle Fusion program.
• Perform change impact assessments across functions and stakeholders.
• Define change readiness, organizational alignment, and adoption approaches.
• Establish and manage change governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and manage key business stakeholders and champions; secure sponsorship.
• Create and execute a comprehensive communications strategy with executive messaging.
• Lead training needs analysis and develop learning strategies.
• Coordinate training delivery for business users and support teams.
• Monitor organizational readiness and develop adoption KPIs and success measures.
• Manage resistance and mitigate people-related transformation risks.
• Escalate critical change management issues to program leadership.
