Job summary

Devoteam in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs across multiple workstreams—from planning and design through deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.

The role requires 12+ years of project and program management, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience across large-scale transformations, and strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, governance, data migration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Experience leading large ERP transformation programs across sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Governance, cutover planning, testing, data migration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Oversee cutover planning, go-live, hypercare and coexistence strategy.
• Manage environment planning, release management and testing governance.
• Coordinate data migration and business readiness activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
• Ensure PMO governance and telecom industry standards.
• Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption.
