Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Riyadh is seeking a senior Oracle EBS specialist to lead and deliver full lifecycle procurement solutions.

You will provide functional support across PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, INV and OM, configure workflows, and drive testing and documentation.

Saudi government procurement experience is a plus, and fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience.
• Minimum 7 years of Oracle EBS Procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in: Oracle EBS Purchasing (PO), iProcurement and iSupplier, Oracle Sourcing, Service Procurement, Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM).
• Experience in Saudi government procurement projects is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
