Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Riyadh seeks an experienced Oracle ADF / ERP Application Support Specialist to provide managed application support, maintenance, enhancements, and knowledge transfer for a mission-critical Oracle ERP and custom-application environment.

The role focuses on delivering onsite Oracle ADF development, workflow, reporting, WebLogic/SOA, and web-service customizations, while troubleshooting production issues and coordinating knowledge transfer with the client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance a custom Table of Organization & Equipment application and HR-related integrations.
Deliver onsite Oracle ADF development, workflow, reporting, WebLogic/SOA, and web-service customizations.
Troubleshoot production issues, support testing and releases, document technical designs, and transfer knowledge.
Participate in transition from incumbent service provider, backlog review, and controlled takeover.
Meet incident response and service-restoration obligations, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday call-outs.
Conduct root-cause analysis and support the resolution of recurring application issues.
Maintain operating procedures, functional and technical documentation, test evidence, release records, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Support production and non-production environments while ensuring SLAs and customer requirements.
Coordinate with customer technical teams, business stakeholders, and relevant support teams to ensure reliable application operations.
