FSGene Medical Molecular Genetics Laboratory in Jeddah, KSA, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee clinical laboratory, research, and training facility operations.

You will coordinate staffing, procurement, equipment, facilities, and support services while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential to drive service delivery and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility and laboratory operations.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, procurement, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, timelines, service delivery, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Technical, Quality, Commercial, and support teams.
• Support implementation of new laboratory services, research projects, and training programs.
• Manage vendors, maintenance, calibration, PPM, and other operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and management reporting.
